If you enable an Online Archive for Microsoft 365 Exchange user and assign one of the “Move to Archive” policies to any folder, the archiving process can take some days to start.
To speed up the process, you can run the following PowerShell commands:
- Connect-ExchangeOnline
- Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -Identity
